We’re more than a month in to the Fall Term and it feels as if the daily routines are coming into place.
Class Representatives for all classes have been elected at the class meetings and a new PTA Board was elected at the Annual General Meeting held on September 22. Information regarding this year’s class representatives and PTA Board members are available on the PTA web site and the Annual General Meeting Minutes will soon be available on SchoolSoft.

Parent Volunteers to assist with the clubs would be greatly appreciated by the school. Please contact Ms. Sundin if you have some time to spare.
The school is also looking for parent volunteers who can hold workshops for students or share their workplace or career experiences. Please contact Ms. Sundin if you can contribute some of your time!

Autumn Book Club
Please remember that the deadline for ordering books for delivery by “Höstlov” is September 30. The link is available on our website, SchoolSoft as well as on the IES Lund PTA Facebook page.
Meet and Greet October 14
Welcome to the PTA Meet and Greet on October 14 from 17:30 to 19:00. All parents and staff are welcome to come and mingle. This is an opportunity to meet teachers, fellow parents, support staff and PTA reps and board members in an informal setting. Please bring a small snack that can be eaten with fingers to share! It would be great if it is something representative of your home country. The PTA will provide non-alcoholic refreshments.
Junior Thanksgiving Disco
The Junior Thanksgiving Disco (Classes 4 – 6) will be held on November 20. The PTA will organize a Disco committee. We will be needing parental chaperones, decorating volunteers as well as clean up staff.
Senior Thanksgiving Disco
The Senior Thanksgiving Disco (classes 7 – 9) will be held on November 27. The PTA will organize a Disco committee. As with the Junior Disco we will be needing parental chaperones, decorating volunteers as well as clean up staff.
