What do you like most about your country?
That it’s a well-organized country with beautiful nature of all kind.

What was your dream job when you were a youngster?
I wanted to be a lawyer until 8th grade and then I met a socialworker and I decided I wanted to become one.
When you have one day off at home, how would you spend it?
Probably spend time with my family. Or go shopping!
How would you network and meet new friends in a new country?
Go out, join activities, be social and have a open mind for other cultures and peoples ways to express themselves.
What is your role at the IESL?
I am the school counsellor.
What made you decide to join IESL?
I went to IES Linköping during 8th and 9th grade. Joining as staff was a pleasure, as I really enjoyed my student-years in IES.
What did you do before you started at IESL?
I worked at the social services, family & child unit, in Malmö.
Do you have any clear visions you would like to achieve?
Besides maintaining the IES-spirit with a safe and orderly environment where teachers can teach and students can learn, I would like to be a part of creating a school where everybody feels safe and happy and that they enjoy being here.
Where are you in three years time?
Definitely still in IES!
Give three good advices to your students
Always do your best, treat others the way you want to be treated and try to stay positive though school can be a bit challenging.

Who is the most famous person you have met?
Derek Jeter, baseball player and captain of the New York Yankees.
What sport would you never practice?
What TV show(s) are you a bit embarrassed to tell that you are watching?
I don’t watch that many TV shows, but I’m not embarrassed over the ones that I do watch, which is Orange is the new black, Homeland & then some Persians ones.

Where do you go for your dream holiday?
I have not yet been on my dream holiday/trip. But so far it’s a tie between New York and the beautiful coastal towns in southwestern Turkey.
