Dear Parents and Staff,

On May 9th, we held our last PTA meeting before the Summer. Mr Olsson, Principal, helped to clarify a couple of topics and there were a lot of questions and discussions.

Sometimes the time just disappears so fast that the meeting is more or less over before reaching half of the agenda. Therefore, we do run over time a bit too often. For next school year, we will have to evaluate if we can stick to the 1,5 hours meetings or if we should stretch to 2 hours and keep a clause (when needed).

Below, you will find some of the topics discussed at the May 9th meeting:

The bumpy roads by the drop off zones. There is an action plan for the area, which will be finalized during Summer.
If you have knowledge of a company delivering food machines, who also takes care of all cash and accounting, please send the name.
Mobile phone usage before and after school hours is moved to the gate at the spinner. Do not stop by the street on the front.
Mid term talks will be changed to “talks” starting in August where you set your goals and then in January where you check results and set new goals.
School Start August 17th
Next PTA  meeting August 22nd
Parental help needed during the LAN-party May 12th
Parental help needed during Spring Festival June 1st

The minutes are published on SchoolSoft.

Remember to check if your email address is visible in SchoolSoft, contact your class rep och PTA Board if you need instructions. If it is not visible you will, among other things, miss out of all automatic newsletters regarding new information on the website.

Hope to see you all at the PTA Spring Festival on June 1st.
