Dear parents and students,SpringFestival bannerHead-mini
A warm welcome to the PTA Spring Festival 2019 on Tuesday June 4th!

For the sixth year, PTA arranges a Spring Festival. The Spring Festival gives you a great chance to meet parents and teachers. The school choir will be performing, art projects will be displayed, games will be played and there will be food for sale.
Last but not least, a BIG lottery with great prizes!

We need your help:
We will have a lottery with a chance to win a basket filled with great content! Each class will prepare a basket, which will be one of the prizes in the big lottery.

We invite you all (students and parents) to make donations or contributions to the basket in your child’s class (purchases, company donations, own handcraft, homemade cookies, etc.). Any contribution is welcome – it can be anything from cookies, chocolate, bread, marmalade, spices, fruit, juices and syrups, rice, pasta, games, beauty products, books, magazines and flowers to tickets (cinema, concerts, museums…) and vouchers (e.g. for spa treatments and hotel nights).

Your donation can be brought to the admin office in school marked with the child’s class and it will be kept there until the Spring Festival. The donations will be collected into one basket for each class.

Please also send an email to your class rep to let her/him know about your contribution. This will allow her/him to know the size of the basket needed.

Your class rep:

Each mentor has received lottery tickets for distribution to the students to bring home. You can also print new lottery tickets from the enclosed pdf-file (see link below)! Lottery tickets can also be bought at the festival. The class pre-selling the most tickets wins ice-cream from the PTA!

Why does the PTA arrange a Spring Festival?

The Spring Festival is a fundraising to provide a foundation to support extracurricular activities for students. Examples of events are Meet and Greet, LAN party, discos, lecturers and movie night. Most of these events are arranged with a budget of plus/minus zero. The PTA has no membership fees. One of our goals with the fundraising has been to build a fund from which the students can apply for financial support to be able to conduct activities like study visits, school trips, graduation events, joining national or international competitions or similar. The PTA Scholarship is now open for applications. If you have any questions about this process, please send an e-mail to:
